Stop all Western Digital software processes that are running including.Press Control+Alt+Delete to access the Windows Task Manager.Click Quit in the bottom right hand corner of the app screen.Click the Gear Icon in the Navigation Menu.Click the Gear Icon to the right of the My Cloud Home.Safe Eject and disconnect any and all external USB Drives from the computer.Western Digital Technical Support does not provide support for third party software. If the Windows Uninstaller cannot uninstall and removed WD Discovery, an alternate 3rd party software can be used instead.
